What do you expect to hear?
Take it easy and don’t be an idiot…as in: ease back into your activities, if you can, in stages.
Don’t expect to hit the past with the same strength as before. The risk of re-injury is real so why press it and keep your ego in check.
Be lucky if you can even still return back to the activity or sport at all.
Take it in stages and celebrate the upward path back knowing one’s current limitations.
